Requested Documents
The following documents may be requested to obtain a conventional, FHA, VA, or USDA mortgage loan from each borrower: Once you begin the application you will be prompted to securely upload whichever documents may be needed for your loan type. Start Application
- Past two (2) years W-2 statements from all jobs
- Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days (2 if paid 2x/mth or 3 if paid biweekly)
- Two most recent monthly bank statements
- Two most recent statements from 401K, IRA, or Mutual Fund Accounts
Also, the following documentation is also generally required.
For a Refinance Loan:
- A copy of the deed, and most recent tax bill
- A copy of your insurance declaration page
For a VA Loan:

DD Form 214 (Long Form)
If you are divorced:

A fully executed divorce decree
- Child Support Documentation
If you are self employed, employed in sales, paid by commission,or own rental real estate:
- Two (2) years signed personal tax returns - including all schedules
- If self-employed through a corporation, last two years corporate returns as well as a year-to-date profit and loss statement and balance sheet
